SanitizedPro™ contains no volatile organic chemicals (VOC) or chlorine by-products that can adversely affect the health and well being of people with compromised immune systems. You will have peace of mind knowing you have one of the best products in the world, for the world, and for the people using SanitizedPro.

Fast Working

When it comes to clean, it’s difficult to beat SanitizedPro™ . It begins to dissolve microorganisms within a few seconds, and all gone in minutes as confirmed by independent laboratory studies.

Eliminates the Toughest of Odors

SanitizedPro™ works in unique ways to eliminate odors, regardless of the source—something no other cleaner can safely do. Whether odors are caused by mold, mildew, pets, bodily fluids, food, smoke, or anything else organic-based, it works. You’ll be able to breathe easier knowing you’re using the best deodorizing cleaner that exists without leaving behind lingering chemical vapors that adversely affect the well-being of children and the elderly.

Leaves No Surface Build-Up

In essence, thoroughly cleans surfaces and then completely disappears when debris build-up is rinsed away with plain water, unlike common chemical based cleaners that leave behind sticky residues and offensive vapors. SanitizedPro™ leaves no build-up residue and dries clean.

Cost Effective

Stays cleaner longer. After its first use, any microorganism build up has been removed. SanitizedPro™ is competitively priced and can by produced in large volumes. Finally, because it works so quickly, sanitation work saves time that can translates into reduced labor costs.

Environmental Protection and Safety

SanitizedPro™ physical properties exhibit more positive human health and environmental profile characteristics than conventional cleaning formulations, and do not pose a risk to the natural environment including aquatic wildlife areas where typical disinfectant products either promote disruption or impair the long-term sustainability of the Ecosphere.

The discharge of virtually all commercial cleaning and disinfecting products pollute the environment with harmful chemicals. Even after passing through water treatment plants, small quantities of chemical compounds from cleaning products find their way into rivers, ponds, and lakes and have adverse effects on aquatic life. Phosphates have a fertilizing effect, triggering the widespread growth of algae that saps away the water’s oxygen, reducing biodiversity.

By reducing water tension, inorganic surfactants in cleaning products allow other pollutants in water bodies to be absorbed more easily by plants and animals. Many other compounds can be toxic to plants, wildlife, or affect growth and reproduction, for instance by mimicking the effects of hormones in mammals and fish. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in cleaning products disrupt indoor air quality by leaving behind chemical vapors that hover close to floors. These residual noxious fumes adversely affect the health of small children and pets. VOCs also contribute to outdoor smog and air pollution.

SanitizedPro™ readily breaks down into a mild salt water or a dilute brine consistency that is an ecologically preferable chemistry that benefits human health and the environment. Specifically, SanitizedPro™ is characterized by physical properties that DO NOT contain any of the following toxins:

  • Inorganic phosphates,
  • Hazardous solvents,
  • Environmentally harmful surfactants,
  • Ingredients that pose serious hazards to ensuring a safer workplace,
  • Toxic ingredients,
  • Volatile organic compounds (VOC),
  • Environmentally persistent ingredients, and
  • Bioaccumulative ingredients.

The physical properties of SanitizedPro™ are classified as non-hazardous and are exhibited in two separate internationally accepted rating standards.

The first standard is maintained by the National Fire Protection Association: NFPA 704. It defines the colloquial Safety Square or Fire Diamond in distinct divisions used by emergency personnel to quickly and easily identify the risks posed by hazardous materials. This helps determine what, if any, special equipment should be used, procedures followed, or precautions taken during the initial stages of an emergency response. The four divisions are typically color-coded with red on top indicating flammability, blue on the left indicating level of health hazard, yellow on the right for chemical reactivity, and white containing codes for special hazards. Each of health, flammability and reactivity is rated on a scale from 0 (no hazard) to 4 (severe hazard).

SanitizedPro™ has the following NFPA 704 ratings:

refer to: OSHA3678

The second standard is maintained by the Hazardous Materials Identification System (HMIS) that features a numerical hazard rating that incorporates the use of labels with color developed by the American Coatings Association as a compliance aid for the OSHA Hazard Communication (HazCom) Standard. The HMIS Color Bar is similar to the NFPA 704 fire diamond. The color bar is not for emergencies and is used to convey broader health warning information. The four bars are color-coded categories for chemical substances, using the modern color bar symbols with blue indicating the level of health hazard, red for flammability, orange or yellow for a physical hazard or reactivity, and white for Personal Protection. The number ratings range from 0 (no hazard) to 4 (severe hazard). SanitizedPro™ has the following HMIS ratings:
